Most firms make you ring for a price. Here is what our clients actually pay, by business type, so you can see where you’d sit before we speak. Every ongoing fee is fixed, agreed in writing and collected monthly.
Pick your business type, then switch on anything that applies. The scale shows the range we’d expect to quote.
No VAT, no staff, you keep tidy records in Xero.
Confirm my figureAll prices exclude VAT. The scale is a guide; your written quote is fixed before any work starts.
Pick your business type. Each band shows the floor and the ceiling for that type of business, and what moves the price inside it.
Landlords, employees with side income, anyone who just needs a Self Assessment filed.
Self-employed trades, consultants and freelancers keeping their own records.
Moves with: transaction volume, VAT, CIS, whether we keep your books.

Starting out? We incorporate, register and onboard you in one go.
Ask before you act. We don’t run a clock on conversations.
If HMRC open an enquiry into a return we filed, our time defending it is covered.
One person who knows your business, backed by two partners.
Companies House and HMRC dates monitored, with reminders well before they bite.
You sign a scoping letter that lists exactly what’s in. Nothing outside it is billed without asking.
Fees spread over twelve months so cash flow stays level.
Bolt these onto any band, or ask for them on their own.

We price on work, not on turnover. Four things drive it.
How many bank lines and invoices a month. More lines, more time, whether we or you do the books.
Four extra returns a year and a scheme to manage. Registration alone usually adds £45 a month.
Every payslip is a submission to HMRC. Weekly runs cost more than monthly.
Tidy Xero and reconciled bank feeds sit at the floor of the band. A shoebox sits at the ceiling.

Online-only firms advertise from £40 a month. That buys software, a ticket queue and a junior processing your return. Our limited company fees start at £100 because every set of accounts here gets junior preparation, a qualified manager’s review and a partner sign-off, and because you can pick up the phone.
Two companies on the same package can need very different amounts of work. Inside a band the fee moves with transaction volume, VAT, payroll and bookkeeping. We’d rather show you the honest range than a headline figure that doubles once you sign.
Yes. It’s in your scoping letter and collected by Direct Debit. It only changes if your business changes, and we’ll tell you before it does. You’re allowed to hold us to that.
Any catch-up work is quoted separately as a one-off before we start, so your monthly fee only ever pays for the current year. We can spread a catch-up fee over your first three months.
We work in Xero. If you already have a subscription we link to it. If not, we’ll set one up; the licence is billed at cost.
Yes. We handle the professional clearance letter and records request. Most switches take two to three weeks and cost nothing extra.
One-off jobs you ask for: prior-year catch-up, a company set-up, tax planning projects, HMRC enquiries into returns we didn’t prepare, and disclosures. Each is quoted in writing before we start.
A 30-minute new client meeting with a partner or manager. We’ll ask about your entity, VAT, staff and records, and give you a fixed monthly fee in writing the same day.
